What types of homes do you offer?

Townhomes and duplexes in Sun Prairie and Madison, all with individual entries.

What are the rental requirements?

Verifiable net income of at least 2.5× the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, no open collections (medical and student loan collections don't count), no prior evictions, no bankruptcies in the past 10 years, and an acceptable background check. See the full list under How to apply.

What is your pet policy?

Up to two pets per home, cats or dogs. A single dog may weigh up to 65 lb; with two dogs, each may weigh up to 30 lb.

These breeds and mixes aren't permitted: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and wolf hybrids.

We also can't accept any dog with a history of biting or aggression, any dog classified as dangerous under state or local law, or dogs trained as attack or guard dogs.
