FAQs

We provide a variety of residential properties including townhomes and duplexes, all with individual entries.

Tenants can easily submit a maintenance request through our online portal or by contacting our office directly.

  • Income: Applicant must have verifiable net income above 2.5 times the rent. Net income equals gross income less any wage garnishments.
  • Eviction: Applicant must have no prior evictions
  • Credit: Applicant must have at least 625 credit score if income is used in the 2.5X calculation for qualification.
  • Background Check: Applicant must have acceptable background check
  • No bankruptcies showing within the past 10 years



Rent can be paid online through our portal, by check, or in-person at our office.

  • Pet policy: two pets allowed max – cat or dog or mix. Max dog weight is 65 pounds. If two dogs, max weight is 30 pounds each.


  • The following breeds of dogs are not allowed

    Rotweiller, Chow Chow, Pitbull, Akita, Doberman,

    Mastiff, Wolf dog American Staffordshire Terrier

    (AmStaff or American Staffy), Boxer, Chow Chow,

    Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great

    Dane, Bullmastiff, Perro de Presa Canario

    (Canary Dog), Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky,

    Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Wolf Hybrid, or

    dangerous dogs with history of biting or vicious,

    dangerous or aggressive by any state or local

    law, regulation or ordinance (regardless of

    breed), or dogs that trained or used as an attack

    or guard dogs.
